increasing your minutes
I posted a few reviews about Fring, this is a mashup program that uses Skype on the Iphone.
They have a 3.95 program that allows you to make VOIP calls from your Iphone. There is nothing new about that, but you had to use wifi to make the calls. there is now a new background pogram that simulates VOIP and allows you to use Fring anywhere at any time.
Very useful if you only have 500 minutes and you need to stretch your minutes.

Flixwagon
Okay, I had a little lag time posting this review. It should have been posted Monday. I used the flixwagon service on a 1st Gen Iphone over a T Mobile edge network. I just watched the footage from a concert this weekend in Concord California It was the JVC Jazz Festival. Okay if you are reading this Blog from your Iphone you can't see the footage because it is in the Flash format (Apple fix this please!)Please go to flixwagonto watch the footage of the show. So how did Flixwagon work? the video was a little pixelized but fairly clear in low sunlight conditions. The audio was very clear this is the good stuff now on the flipside I had a network issue and the only way to resolve this was to reboot the phone and I thought the rebuffer/upload time was lethargic. It took close to 5 minutes for 30 seconds or less of video to post to the Flixwagon site. It has a great feature that I will test and review later the ability to upload to twitter and youtube. The uses for the service is pretty vast with public and private broadcasts. I am thinking videocam from Madrid to check on the Family, leave you comments and ideas and thanks for visiting the site,come back soon
